1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on bak44.net, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the bak44 platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements described in these Terms; and (d) you are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction from accessing online gaming services.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the bak44 platform, including but not limited to cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, D&T Ranking, Vivo Live, and any other gaming or wagering product made available on the platform from time to time.

bak44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at bak44.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bak44 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow persons under the legal gambling age to participate in betting or gaming activities. bak44 takes its obligations in this regard extremely seriously.

By registering a bak44 account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. bak44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during your use of the platform. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account will be suspended pending verification, and any balance held in the account will be withheld until the matter is resolved.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use bak44:

• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are using your own funds — not borrowed money, not funds held in trust, and not funds obtained through any form of financial crime.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entire amount you deposit.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of bak44 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bak44 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bak44 services, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify bak44 promptly if any of your details change.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bak44 account. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, bak44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance deemed to have been derived from multi-account activity.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bak44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bak44 will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. bak44 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC): As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and financial security, bak44 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process at any point. This process may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may be restricted or permanently closed.

• All personal data submitted during registration and KYC is processed in accordance with the bak44 Privacy Policy.
• bak44 reserves the right to reject any account registration application without providing a reason.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bak44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bak44 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and are displayed within your account settings at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bak44 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance. bak44 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of bak44.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by bak44 within 24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. bak44 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed at least one full cycle of wagering with your deposited funds. Any balance that has been credited to your account as a bonus must meet the bonus-specific wagering requirements described in the Bonuses & Promotions section before it can be withdrawn. bak44 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request if it has reason to believe that the funds were obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bak44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible game stakes before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered to a total stake value of ৳20,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.

Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus more than once — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.

• Bonuses may only be used on games and bet types specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without notice.
• bak44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies, stake manipulation, or coordinated bonus harvesting — will have their bonus balances voided and may face permanent account suspension.
• Only one promotional offer may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bak44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question — cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or specials. General rules applicable to all betting and gaming activity on the platform are set out below.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is only deemed to have been accepted once it has been confirmed by the bak44 system and appears in your transaction history with a confirmed bet reference number. bak44 does not accept responsibility for bets that did not complete due to connection interruptions, browser errors, or device failures on the player's end.

Cricket Betting: Pre-match and in-play cricket betting markets on bak44 cover BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Bets on markets that are abandoned, voided, or incomplete due to match interruption (including weather, ground conditions, or scheduling changes) will be settled in accordance with bak44's cricket betting rules, which are published separately. In general, a match that does not complete its scheduled minimum number of overs will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.

Live Casino: Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and local games such as teen patti and andar bahar are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each game are as defined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game session, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's dispute resolution procedures.

Slots: Slot games on bak44 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are disclosed in the game information panel. bak44 does not interfere with RNG outcomes or adjust game parameters in any way.

Error and Malfunction: In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error on the bak44 platform, bak44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. bak44 shall not be liable to honour bets placed at incorrect odds or game parameters resulting from a technical error, regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of placing the bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bak44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the bak44 platform to process proceeds of crime, to launder money, or to facilitate any form of financial fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Bangladeshi authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event — including but not limited to match-fixing, chip dumping in poker, or organised live casino collusion — is forbidden.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, wagering requirements, or bonus structures through methods including multiple account registration, stake manipulation, or coordinated withdrawal patterns.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the bak44 platform on your behalf is prohibited.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your bak44 account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider for funds deposited on bak44. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the bak44 platform, its underlying technology, or any connected systems.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bak44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has violated any part of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the bak44 platform or to other players.

Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your bak44 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all applicable KYC and verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within two hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted. Consequences of Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bak44 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance if it determines that the balance was accumulated through prohibited conduct. In such cases, bak44 will provide the account holder with a written explanation of the decision and an opportunity to submit a counter-argument within 14 days of the closure notice. All such decisions are final once the review period has elapsed.
